Personable, driven, and down to earth are a few things that come to mind when I think about Clay as a Real Estate agent and as a now, a friend. Clay not only knows the entire Tahoe area like the back of his hand, he seems to also know everybody, spanning a myriad of a services, in the area. Clay worked with us to buy our home in Truckee. When I first reached out to Clay, at the suggestion of my then-boss, Clay firstly educated me on this vast area, when other agents immediately pressured me into seeing/offering on homes without any education. Clayton has a wealth of Information, is humble and smart! Rarely will you find all three traits in a realtor. One of the finest realtor agent we have worked with. Clayton came to us as a referral and we couldn't be more thankful for his knowledge, positive attitude, patience, engagement and proactiveness. We contacted him in Jan and in Feb we were doing the closing on exactly what we wanted. We bought a place without seeing it (just videos that Clayton made for us and his expertise and feedback on the property). We bought a place without visiting it or even meeting Clayton face-to-face. And you know what? It didn't make a difference. Clayton made it so easy that it felt like we didn't need to be there.
