Since Community One became our management company they have been tremendously helpful! Their communication is top tier for me! If I email or call I always get a fast response! I would like to shout out Ken & Julia as they have been a tremendous help anytime I need it! From being a prior community manager for 8yrs this amazing service from them makes me want to join their team and hop back in the HOA world again as their customer service, hard work, & dedication is what it’s all about. Just wanted to take time to show some good praise as I know how difficult managing associations can be! Thank you both!

Green algae in the swimming pool at 188 WSJ. The county has shut it down once, and will most likely shut it down again today. This property management company should not be managing large properties like this (if any). They *clearly* are not capable of doing so in an effective manner.

As a homeowner, I find it essential to share my experience with this company, particularly with Jeff Gollihar, who represented himself as the CEO. His conduct in all his emails did not meet the professional standards I anticipated and was notably less courteous and professional compared to the rest of the team. For other homeowners considering this company's services, I recommend keeping this in mind. It is my hope that this feedback will be used constructively to foster improvements in leadership and enhance the overall customer experience
