I cannot say enough about Community HOA Solutions! They have been the management company for our community (for just a short time at this point), and WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Not only have they been friendly, helpful to everyone, but organized, knowledgeable, and proactive in getting our HOA manageable. Our community had basically started from scratch, so it was a big job to tackle. Rebecca stepped our board through the process seamlessly, she is well versed in HOA doings and can help you with every step you need to take.
