This place sucks. I’ve lived in crappy apartments that were managed better than this. They do not improve anything. They have raised my lot rent at least two times in less than 6 months since I moved in and refuse to put me on a lease despite having sent certified letters citing the laws about leases in mobile home parks. They posted lot rent and RV lot rent to my account for November over $1500 lol was told it was glitch and would be fixed but it is still posted on there. Can never get a hold of anyone, they straight up ignore people and the office is always closed during business hours, BUT they have time to take pics of peoples houses and harass them for the lamest stuff, like basketball hoops… yet they do not have any area for the kids to play.

They brought the purple sage mobile home park in Glendale AZ. Removed the on site manager and when asked what the tenaants should do if they need help . they were told "call the police ". The second thing they did was raise everyone's rent . I have an 83 year old Aunt who has lived there for almost 30 years . They raised her rent $158.00 dollars . I left a message to discuss their newest rule ; " rent payments will only be accepted via their internet portal" . My Aunt does not have Internet service . Still waiting for someone to call me back to see what she can do . They don't care about the people just the profits .

This is a review of a property that is owned by Comfort Community, Peoria Palms in Peoria, AZ. It’s a little park. The pool area is nice. The community center is a bit small but adequate, though is in much need of remodel....not a very appealing environment. Lot rent is a bit high for the quality of the park. It could be a really great little park with a little more sensible financial commitment to improve the appearance and appeal. There’s no management involvement in the park, residents don’t have to follow park guidelines: there’s children living in this 55+ community, over sized dog breeds, residents with more pets than allowed, home maintenance is lacking on many units, yards consistently with weeds…..to name a few.

This is an update from the review posted here. This community is Desert Valley Oasis. Nothing much has changed. Our newly hired project manager, Leah is awesome. She gets things done. Unfortunately the corporate office is blocking the repairs to the electrical problems some of the tenants are having. We are on a single grid. This means there is a master meter the electric company bills to. From the master meter the park runs lines to each lot and bills the tenant for their usage. The lines here are very old and can't handle the amount of power needed to run our homes. Our power shuts on and off all day. Our homes can't cool off and we're miserable. This has been going on for a year. The consensus of the affected tenants is they are waiting for us to either move or die. They've already chased or forced many tenants away. They have moved their own homes in here to sell. No improvements have been made. In fact, this place has been run down because they don't maintain anything. They have owned this place for a year and a half. They raised the rent $30 7 months after they bought it and now 12 months later they are raising rent another $26. So, they are still a 1 in my book. Stay away from any properties owned by these people. Nothing but a bunch of greedy corporate thieves. Every month for over a year I've tried to get reimbursed for over charges. And how about the sewer fees we are charged for? We don't have sewer. We are on septic. Their BBB rating is F I have found one good review. Wonder who they paid to write that one?
I've stopped my remodeling on my place. Why put money in when I know eventually I'll have to move. They're running this place into the ground. It used to be a nice place to live. Now we are in limbo not knowing what they will do next.

Hire cheapest most incompetent contractors so nothing is ever fixed correctly. Then whatever they broke it is now your responsibility to fix. Most of the neighbors here are amazing people. The only reason for stars here.

I live in Mesa, AZ live in Royal palms village.
The real estate agent named Isabel Really helped me out a lot with obtaining the place I was most interested in. She was absolutely courteous and professional the whole process, Prior to the day of the move-in she had everything set and ready for me to move in my new place. I have not had any issues or concerns ever since I’ve been here. It’s a friendly community and a Great place to call home!

My husband sold his home in McCoy's in Peoria on July 15th. The new owner took legal possession of the home on July 17th, yet this joke of a company now has sent us a lot rent bill for August. Ummm... Hello, we don't live there anymore! I called and explained this to Danielle who acted surprised that we sold our home and even asked who lives there lol. WOW! We went through a realtor and everything was by the book and legal. We are not paying for a lot rent for a home we no longer own. Yet today I checked online on their payment website for rent and it still says we owe them money. Not happening! Before we moved the neighbor had a water leak since last fall, another neighbor had lots of weeds in his yard that were taller than me, and yet they couldn't wait to resurface the road, install security cameras and move in a bunch of new homes to start bringing in new tenants to screw over. Do yourself a favor and stay VERY far away from this place and every property they own. Our realtor said this was the worst park she's ever dealt with. Non responsive to my phone calls, emails sent to them bounce back as undeliverable and no one knows nothing or how to just answer simple questions. I'm thrilled we are gone from that place for good.

Deserama Mobile Park - make sure you don't upset the witch that rides around here on her cart. She has banned all my grand children and the community is terrified of her. My 35 year old daughter was swimming with my grand kids and she kicked them out. Then they kicked my special needs grand daughter out (she's black and her two black caregivers) and told me that didn't want special needs kids on their property. They are always giving me grief about the little patch of grass behind my trailer but never make anyone else cut their weeds or grass! Unless you are Mary's friend they pick on you to make you move!
