I have lived in the Colusa apartments for about 2 years now and since we have had Kristy as our manager the apartments have never looked better. She’s always on top of her game making sure the apartments look good & always checking in with the tenants about any problems. The apartments even feel safer since we’ve had her around. I can sincerely say Colusa apartments are one of the safest apartments in Chowchilla & it has a lot to do with our current manager Kristy.

The Colusa apartments is the best to live. Kristy the manager is the best and keeps our place safe. I had no problem living here. If I recommended any apartments this is would be it. The area is so calm and quiet it’s peaceful here.

Our new manager Kristy has made our apartment complex more liveable and enjoyable place to live she cares about her tenants she's reliable whenever a repair or anything needs to done right away . Since we have had Kristy as our manager the apartments have looked so much better. She keeps up on the maintenance of the outside of the apartments and she’s very friendly always helpful and cares a lot about her tenants and making sure its safe and clean for all the tenants. Best manager by far since I been in my apartment going on almost 4 years now. Thank You Kristy!!

I enjoy living in the Colusa’s apartment. We have friendly, new neighbors and it’s a quiet place to live. Enjoy the staff the manager a person to get along with. She’s trying to help with everybody and do her best. Thank you for everything.

I’m very happy to live in a place that is quiet and safe feeling. I believe the manager has been doing an excellent job keeping it that way. She’s always cleaning up outside to keep it looking nice and is always so friendly to all of the tenants. She makes everything run smoothly here.

Great apartments they are very quiet and you feel very safe which i feel like many apartments lack these days. Management is amazing and actually cares about her tenants and is the reason why our apartments are in such nice shape. This being my first apartment they set my expectations very high.
