My family hired Stuart Dobson of Colorado Real Estate Brokers to sell a family- owned industrial property a few years ago. Big Dave brought it home for me recently! He was able to help me sell my industrial property in less than a month. Dave first suggested we lease it out instead of selling it vacant so we could sell on the cap rate. We ran the numbers and it made sense to do it that way.
