Been living here for more than 10 years. I am greatful to have Amelia as our property Manager. I see how she cares for each of her tenants and the community. She is so sweet, professionals, and she treats you with respect at all times. Also her maintenance staff are awesome they get the job done on time... I have never had a complain. They are efficient, professionals and hard working people.I 💯 recommend this place.

Been a tenant twice and currently for over 8yrs now! I have always been pleased with the friendly and courteous staff, from Maintenance to Management! Amelia, the Property Manager, always goes above and beyond for all her tenants. She definitely makes you feel welcome and like family, I can personally testify to that. ❤

Amelia Martinez the Manager for Gatehouse Apartments has been one of the Best Managers around.She immediately gets the job done if something goes wrong. I am grateful to have a Manger of that status. I love it here

I enjoy this place, there are a few things wrong, is not perfect but the management is what really sold me here. When I was having a difficult time paying rent Miss Emilia was so benevolent in helping me by being patient in waiting until I had to payed rent. Shes always been nice to me and completely understanding of my financial situations.

I have been living here for about 3 years and never have i had a bad experience in these apartments. When ever i have maintenance problems they always come and fix it right away like they always do. I will defenately give these aprtments a good rating because they deserve it. Also the manager Amelia Martinez is such a great Lady very understanding of some people's problems there is no other place i would rather Rwnt then this place. The manager is so nice !!! She is always helpful !! The apartment complex is well maintained and it is very clean..the maintenance team is awesome and get things fixed fast. The apartment complex is very family friendly which is what I like .. the manager does not allow drinking outside which is good because that prevents many other problems
