The experience started when we were on our way to tour the house and informed no one would be there due to a scheduling miscommunication. Gerard was apologetic, and showed us the house the following day. Once toured, we were sold and began the application process. While we were waiting for an email response in this process, Gerard informed us the landlord had picked other tenants. Fast forward a few weeks. Gerard leaves me and my roomate voicemails that the property is now available, the tenants fell through. We quickly return communication, and begin the application process again. Gerard said he would send a link, we'd input the rest of our information into a portal, and we'd be set. It had been 24H and we didn't receive a link, so we kept calling for Gerard. Finally, he gets back to us and lets us know the landlord picked someone else.

We are about two weeks out from our move in date and turned down other apartments since Gerard called.

This business is lacking professionalism and transparency which should be priority when dealing with housing.

Gerard was extremely helpful and efficient. We had limited time in the area. He showed us several units, answered all our questions. When we came back to sign the lease, he had all the paperwork ready so we can just go in and out quickly.

Extremely unproffesional. We were told to send in paperwork to sign a lease and the place would be ours. We sent in paperwork and waited, Gerard told us he was putting our information into the portal and that it might take a while. We waited and called multiple times to make sure everything was okay until he suddenly told us that he was "away" and had already signed with another group. Now we are a group of 5 left without a house late in the semester with extremely limited options.
