Very unprofessional people agent is giving me excuses for over a month to not close escrow. He advised buyer to deposit 10 dollars on a real estate transaction , never in my 30 years in Real estate have seen anything like that.Avoid Coldwell banker

I used Tracy Guerrero, I would never do business with her I was lied to talk me into sending all my furniture to a consignment store high quality got nothing for it also I found the buyer she still charge both commissions, beware get everything in writing or I would suggest don't do anything with her.
