I feel extremely lucky to have had the good fortune of being represented by Simone Knepper in the purchase of my new mountain cabin. This particular cabin has gorgeous greenbelt views and a wonderful private location resulting in a great deal of interest and multiple offers coming in on the property. Sometimes it is tempting to have an acquaintance or friend represent you in a real estate transaction and I am confident that had I gone this route, things would have gone very differently and the cabin would probably have gone to one of the other buyers. The great thing is that after working with Simone, I now consider her a good friend and also one that I would recommend to my friends and family who are searching for their perfect mountain property. Simone knows the mountain community and was always quick to respond to questions and concerns as well as provide assistance whenever I needed it.
