I recently worked with Coldwell Banker Realty in Princeton, NJ to sell my home. I was very impressed with the level of service I received from the agent I worked with, ANUPALI SHAH . She was knowledgeable about the local market, responsive to my needs, and always went the extra mile to help me buy new home.

ANUPALI started by meeting with me to discuss my needs and goals for buying new home. She then took the time to understand my property and the surrounding market. Based on this information, she created a marketing plan that she felt would be most effective in buying new home.

ANUPALI was very proactive in marketing my home. She put together a beautiful brochure and website, and she made sure that my home was listed on all the major real estate websites. She also took us to many open houses and reached out to potential buyers directly.

ANUPALI was always available to answer my questions and address my concerns. She was also very patient with me, as I was new to the home selling process. I felt like she was always on my side and working hard to get the best possible outcome for me.

In the end, Anupali was able to find us our new home quickly and for a great price. I am very grateful for her help and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home in NJ.

DO NOT WORK WITH THE AGENT CHU-TSENG TAI from here. He was the agent for a rental unit I recently went to for a tour and was very interested in. I had communicated that to him and asked him to send me the link for the application process for background screening and such which I received only late at night that day. The next day morning I communicated that I would complete the application EOB as work was busy that day and kept up my word and also provided all the additional documents like referral, pay stubs and such. The very next day he informs me that the owner is proceeding with another application which leads me to believe that this agent obviously knew about it and still processed my application without giving me any prior intimation of it. Now I obviously lost the application fee and got nowhere with the process as well. Am extremely disappointed and it ruined my day. Not only did i lose money which i definitely didnt have to spare, I also lost time that I could have used to sign on other units that could have potentially worked out.
