Wow what can I say, I needed so much hand holding as a first time buyer. Sharron was everything and much more. She is so compassionate and capable that I sometimes feel like I am talking to a trusted friend and a social worker.

She is so prompt at taking calls or getting back to me. She thinks three steps ahead and wastes no time. She heard our needs loud and clear and doesn’t recommend something vague that won’t work.

At one stage we thought we will have to rent as our landlord needed to sell, so we only had a month to move out. Sharron even helped us to look into rentals.

I could not recommend Sharron highly enough. She is a capable realtor with a heart of gold!

We contracted with Amadeo Arnal who said he was based in Greenbrae to sell our condo property in Novato. He did a good job except that he said he would stage the property, and he didn't, but after much insistence on our part, he did give us a credit at close of escrow for half of the staging costs. Our upset was that he charged us for items he did at close of escrow without informing us that he was doing so. He did give us receipts, but there was a $500 charge for repair work done to re-size the countertop for the oven he purchased. We emailed and called several times but he did not answer why the standard size oven did not fit--whether it was oversize or he did not measure correctly. This was rude on his part not to answer us, and complete our request for information after we read the escrow documents. Our feeling is that he made a mistake in measurements and did not want to take responsibility for that.
He also said he would continue to show the property in case the buyer's escrow fell through and he did not do so, but moved on to other possible sales. Because of how we were treated, in these instances, we cannot give his services a high rating. Sharon Hart and Daren Crudgington
