I recently got a job transfer from Pennsylvania to Murphysboro. A friend recommended Trent Johnston. He was fabulous to work with, very knowledgeable and professional! The market is so fast, that we went through dozens of homes and multiple offer ATTEMPTS! Finally found one and had to work hard to get an acceptable offer in. The house has a great location and plenty of room. If I ever need realtor services again, or need to recommend any, it will definitely be Caldwell Banker Preferred and Trent Johnston. 10 STARS.
