I called about a property in the area. The person that listed it never returned a call. I call another agent and he could not find the property out of 4 in a small town. He has not called back to this date. I called the office. The employee there could not find it on Zillow after I gave him detailed description on the location and then connected me to the first person I called that went to voice mail. No one has answered any question I had on the property. I am a professional contractor and if I did not know my business as well as this place no one would hire me.

Called to see if we could look at a house on cave creek rd. We were almost 2 hours away. We drove all the way to the property to watch the realtor jessie try every door on the property after she did that she left to make a phone call coming back to tell us there was a miscommunication and it would take an additional hour to retrieve the keys from her office she had no information on the property at all could answer no questions asked. if we want to see the house it will be a 7 and half hour drive back over. Extremely unprofessional and very unpleasant experience.

Had our beautiful home under contract with them for six months they never showed it once or returned any of our phone calls did not work with us do not recommend
