Marilyn Andrews was the Broker Associate who listed and sold my Mom's home at 741 Commonwealth Blvd. The home sold promptly. Marilyn provided assistance in securing contractors to fix defects, arranged for their entry, and arranged and was present for the township CO inspection. Marilyn was asked to go the extra mile because the home was unoccupied and I lived 45 miles away. The contractors she recommended performed excellent work and their services were completed promptly, and were reasonably priced. Thank you for great service!

I am writing this review simply because my sister had a bad experience with Michael Massey. He is unprofessional and just a terrible realtor.. They worked together a month, he showed her 3 houses, gave her codes for a few more to go into on her own and then when she inquired about others he would make excuses about why she could not see them.. She asked him to put an offer on one house she truly loved we had looked at the whole while not even telling us it had been off the market for a while.. Together her and I were out every morning and every weekend by OURSELVES house hunting because he refused to help her.. She didn't even get to look inside of one house and he said.. oh do you want to make an offer on this house? He then tried to pawn her off on another agent and when that agent wasn't contacting my sister either.. He told my sister he didn't think she was serious?! This guy didn't even give my sister her correct approval score. The sad thing is when my sister talked to his boss about him all the guy could say is.. oh he's new...that's it no sorry for wasting her time nothing..He IS NOT a good real estate agent.. I DO NOT APPROVE.
