We are helping sell a home for an estate that my wife took care of an elder woman that passed away. We showed it to a buyer that never indicated she was working with a realtor. She indicated she wanted to purchase it and asked for us to send over a contract which we did. She sent one back from Shari Heath and Coldwell Bankers and indicated her soon to be mother in law was helping for no commission. There were some changes needed to the contract and we asked her to make the changes. When the revised contract was sent back it had a 3% commission due from the seller. There was no discussion of this previously and simply added and appears that they she was hoping we wouldn't catch it. It was very deceptive and not acceptable. I would not recommend this Real Estate agent or Coldwell Bankers because of their deceptive actions. Very unprofessional!

I have never dealt with a more unprofessional, untimely, lying property manager in my life. I would never recommend this company as long as this property manager is still there. I also have written proof and witnesses to all of this.. I'm sure the homeowner would not be ok with how their home is not being taken care of of maintain. This company should be ashamed having emplyees like this working for their company. Still waiting to hear from a top supervisor to discuss these on going issues with.😡

Rented a property from them, the manger told me the owner is a slum lord, that's who the represent is slum lords. The apartment was in shambles and it was infested with bed bugs, when I complained they evicted me. Beware, no homes here, only hell.

The property manager ATHENA is a swindling liar I haven’t rented from them in two years and just with in the past couple weeks I’ve had a hit on my credit saying I owe 650 dollars even after I spoke with them when I had moved out and did not owe anything so I want proof that it actually me they are trying to get money from or if that’s just the last person that they can remember living in the house because she ATHENA answer her phone is never at the office and constantly lies any time you do actually get to speak with her so again @caldwell banker prime properties you need to take a serious look at your employees records and then contact renters to verify if what they say is true or false so again ATNENA you are an absolute disgrace to the company and if you are what they want as an example then they are a disgusting excuse for a property management company
