Slum lord is an understatement 😫.
4 months into the lease the tub broke. Instead of replacing it like the plumber suggested they decided to ignore it for 1.5 months. Then when they got someone to "fix" it, it couldn't be returned to normal working conditions. The flat out stated they would replace it when i leave. Should we speak about the pest problem. Be ready to hire your own pest control, because the problem will be down played. Steadily collecting high rent, but does not assure the tenants are serviced properly.

Please do not rent from this property they will fool you in the beginning!
This property management and Diana are hypocrites and Liars. They only care about the money . They don't care family leaving there struggling financial situation by paycheck to paycheck. but still paying rent on time. You can not call and made complain to fix a problem otherwise you will get e evicted.
Now we are homeless .there is no other apartment that is cheap and big for a family of 6 to live in. we are leaving in the street.

New property manager is a huge Racist. Apartment parking lot was broken into and we wanted to talk to him and tell him and he waived us off in front of everyone. A month ago I had my window broken by a tenant friend staying at her apartment. Who by the way is a wanted man. Told the apartments but instead of talking to me he decided to talk to the drunk white lady. Every time they change a rule I follow it but then the other tenants don't. I'm being kicked out for not being white. Even though I have a police report and lots and lots of witnesses. Racist Racists Racists

Everyone here is so helpful and friendly. They have the most affordable and huge apartments. If you are searching for a place....look here because I promised you will be pleased. They are the best in the city of Bellfower. Diana rocks also... she is patient and knows all of the properties very well so she can tell you what they are like before you even go. Her opinion is very honest and always right.

I wish i could give them zero stars. I called and spoke with Diane to ask a few questions about the rental application process, she was extremely rude and dismissive. Her attitude was as if i was personally bothering her on her day off, when in fact she’s at work!

They have listed on their website a different amount of rent and deposit then what was listed on the application that they gave me, which was 100 dollars more for rent and a deposit fee. Not very happy with that, sounds like false advertising to me.
