I recently sold my home with Michelle Torella of Coccia Real Estate. She did an absolutely AMAZING job! This woman is not only a beautiful caring person, but she is also a proactive and ingenious real estate partner. She is honest, straightforward, and knows her business! She made selling my home easy and lucrative ($$). The agency was behind her in anything she needed to do to get the job done.
I was going through a very difficult time. Between her willingness to assist me, as I was often out of town dealing with pressing family issues, and the agency's support with issues that needed to be addressed in a timely manner, it was a great experience. Did I mention lucrative $$$$

My fiancé and I just purchased a home in East Hanover with Christine Nagy from Coccia Real Estate Group and it was the easiest, smoothest process ever. She helped us along every step of the way, went out of her way on multiple occasions to answer our many questions, and was always very thoughtful of us, going above and beyond to make our home buying experience the best. Exceptional! You're not going to find a better agent for East Hanover than Christine Nagy! Christine provided very thorough feedback throughout the entire process (from home prep to closing), her advice was specific to the neighborhood, house style, and market timing, all of which resulted in actionable tasks that were manageable and yielded great results: fast sale at over asking! She was always available for a consult, no matter the issue: small things such as understanding how to fill out paperwork to big things such as how to define/stage rooms. If I move back to the East Hanover area in the future, Christine will be the first person I call! Highly recommend her, give her a call, you won't regret it!

I recently bought my first home and knew very little about the process. Jen Bassolino had the patience of a saint and went above and beyond in helping me. She provided advice on every step of the home buying process and even gave me some much appreciated interior designing tips. Jen is extremely easy to work with, knowledgeable, and super funny! She made what can be a very stressful process a million times easier. I could not have done it without her and don't believe you will find a better choice for a realtor in such a competitive market.

Highly recommend Christine Nagy!!!! Christine was excellent through out the sale of our property in East Hanover, NJ!!! Her knowledge in the local market place establishing the 'proper' asking price, all the way through the sale of the property was essential in getting it done. She provided great feedback on the marketing of the property to get the most potential buyers through the house which resulted in multiple offers. We ran into a number of issues where the first offer we accepted fell through due to issues with the buyers sale of their home. Christine did not miss a beat - we hosted another open house very quickly and we were back under contract within a few weeks with a sale price $40K higher than the previous price point. Christine was in our corner throughout the process ..... always accessible and knowledgeable to get the best results! We would highly recommend Christine!!

I can't recommend Ms. Christine Nagy enough. She was willing to come to the house prior to us putting it on the market to provide valuable feedback on improvements that could be made that would appeal to the current market. One can watch all of the "house selling" shows they want but when it comes down to your specific house, in your specific state, in your specific town, you really need the guidance of someone who has boots on the ground at that time to tell you what the feedback is from the market. Christine knows the East Hanover market; for sure. She told us how we could invest further in our home that would benefit us when we went to sell. And it did! She is a great realtor who gives you the information you need, and want, about your home. Christine will listen to you and work with you on the entire process. She knows real estate and she knows what buyers are looking for so, if you listen to her and do the prep work to sell the home, everyone will come out happy with the entire process. I can't recommend her enough and can't thank her enough for helping us through the sale of our home.
