Coast Ridge Management Co. Works harder than any other property manager I've had to make sure tenant needs are taken care of in a complete, expeditious, and efficient way. We had a massive plumbing issue that arose at 8pm, and couldve shut us down for weeks. Lori and her team worked tirelessly to get it fixed THE SAME NIGHT! We lost no revenue and our clients were never affected. That's the kind of property manager you need. One that won't sleep until the job is don't. Thanks Lori!

I've worked with Lori for about 5 years and have always been impressed with her professionalism, experience, and quick response times. She has fixed things that needed fixing without delay and she'll do what she can to advocate on my behalf to the landlord when needed. Highly recommend. This is my only experience with a commercial property management company but I've heard stories from other business owners about their landlords or prop mgmt and I think I got a pretty good draw with Coastal Ridge. Highly recommend.

I have been a tenant in this building for 21 years. I have had a fairly good relationship with the building manager. Often times I felt like he would be dragging his feet to get things done. It would sometimes require another phone call to inquire what was being done. Many time I would come to the office after hours and there would be some work people there with the manager without any prior notice which I did not care for. Then a new protpery management company took over under guidence Mrs. Lori Reynolds and oh boy what a big differnece. She is easy to talk to and does listen and responds almost immediately. She always communicates what is going to be done and always advance notice either with a phone call or an email from her assistant. The building has also come under new owners just recently a year or two. They have also been great. They quickly remodeled the entire inside of the building, making it new and brighter. I would not hesitate to lease an office space in this building and the fees are very fair I believe. All in all it only got better towards the end under the management Lori Reynolds and the new owners.

Having been in the shopping center industry as a real estate broker for over 25 years, I have worked with many landlords. But I must say Coastal Ridge Mgmt. stands out as one of the most professional property owners of all. I recently dealt with Lori Reynolds on behalf of one of her tenants, who is a client of mine, and I was very impressed with her quick response to inquiries and level of concern she has for her tenants’ business success. In addition, she puts forth big efforts to ensure all tenants in her center can operate synergistically.

When tenants select a space to lease, they should base their decisions on not only location & lease rate, but also on how the property is managed. They should look for a landlord who maintains the property and with whom they can build a good and long-lasting relationship. I believe Coastal Ridge Mgmt. satisfies all of the above criteria.

My wife and I engaged Coastal Ridge Management to purchase and, later, sell our home. As first-time homebuyers, we were clueless about how to embark on the home-purchasing journey. Craig and Lori helped us navigate the confusing world of negotiating and mortgages. We had only a vague idea of what type of house and location we were interested in and despite this they found us the perfect house in a wonderful community. They were encouraging yet realistic with us throughout the process and were always up-to-date on the status of our offer. They bore with us through a lengthy and precarious mortgage that, luckily, eventually funded.
When it was time to sell our house, we turned immediately to Coastal Ridge Management for guidance and once again were not disappointed. They helped us wade through the offers, encouraging us when we were low-balled and advising us against buyers with sketchy records. With this help, we sold our home at a generous profit. Craig and Lori made the homebuying and selling processes easy and fun. I highly recommend Coastal Ridge Management to anyone in San Diego!

I rented an apartment in Cordova, TN and this property was a nightmare experience. My apartment flooded 4 times in a 690sq foot area. I was out of pocket for 4 hotel rooms 2 nights each. When I asked for reimbursement I was offered a $100 rent credit. The management is poor and lackluster, the regional manager will not step up and intervene and the office staff is on a revolving door. I moved out at the end of September and just received my deposit back of over $1500+ dollars. Please DO NOT EVER RENT HERE and if you do be prepared for unprofessionalism, rudeness, and a revolving door of staff in the main office! I wish they offered 1/2 stars as an option because its warranted.
