From the first phone call concerning selling our home Joellen and her team were attentive to our needs and concerns in selling our home. The whole team provided amazing tips and feedback and we were able to sell our home quickly and without any problems or concerns. We were treated like family and could not have had a better experience in its entirety. Never in our wildest dreams did I think that myself and my husband would find the house of our dreams. But it happened. However, we couldn’t do it without our AMAZING Realtor -Joellen Roder..she made it happen. We looked at so many homes. Joellen was patient, sympathetic and above all- a go getter. After every showing she took us to, she spent time with us. Really took an invested interest into what we where looking for. I can’t say enough about our experience. If I could give her service the highest mark, I would say 100%. She genuinely cares about her clients. Now we have the opportunity to wake up each and every day into not only a house… but our dream home. Thank you. We needed someone in New Jersey to find a place for my husband and myself. We sold our current home in two days and were somewhat desperate. We talked to Joellen and she told us not to worry. Thank you to all the dedicated agents making the process much more enjoyable.
