Pat was very helpful every step of the way throughout the purchase process from beginning to the end and beyond. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable with a very pragmatic and down to earth approach to the whole process which can be overwhelming. His knowledge of the local market was what set him apart from other realtors I had met on the island. There was a rental situation, a nightmare that just occurred. Drove 1000 miles and settled in for a quiet restful week in a beautiful home just steps from the beach. Monday 7 am the a** neighbor began demolition on his home right next store. WHAT A NIGHTMARE. A very stressful and disappointing few days went by and left us feeling like we had nobody who cared about this mess and we had to pay for the full week that was supposed to be restful but went on for 3 days of construction. Turns out the a** neighbor did not tell the realtor or landlord what he was doing. Too many details to list but the most important one is the realtor (Bonnie Wells) took the time to listen to our horrendous story and went right work with the landlord and although no one was at fault except the jerkhead who demolished his house during rental season, Bonnie and the landlord made things right and restored our faith in knowing there are still some good considerate and upstanding people in the world you can do business with. I cannot praise Bonnie enough and would definitely recommend this realtor and the house we stayed in. She did such an outstanding job, we will call her for our stay next year. Hats off to you Bonnie Wells and Coastal Living!

We had a very favorable experience with Bonnie and her staff. Her stock of homes to rent in LBI are beautiful, and our home was even more stunning in person than her impressive pictures. When we had a few issues comes up during our stay, Bonnie was responsive and professional. We hope to have the chance to rent with them again in the future.

Our experience with Coastal Living Real Estate Group was excellent. They were very accomodating and made sure we had everything we could want or need. We stayed in a house near the bay with beautiful views of the water and just a short walk to the beach. During our time here, we were able to relax and enjoy the lovely scenery as well as have time just to rest. We highly recommend using Bonnie Wells and Coastal Living Real Estate Group and have loved this trip very much thanks to the Coastal team!

Bonnie and team were fantastic! We booked a last minute stay and they were so fast to reply- they got us booked within 24 hours!
