I am beyond disappointed with this rental company. I moved out of the apartment in April and never received my security deposit. It is now September and I still haven't received it. I have called so many times to follow up and Ariana Montes has never given me a straight forward answer. Terrible service! Do not rent with Clint Lukens! They are thieves!

I would like to Clint Lukens Realty and wish them all the best in the holidays and upcoming new year. I have been a tenant for 2 years, living alone in a studio as a young working woman. I appreciate they made me feel safe and secure. I would like to thank Ariana particularly she greeted me when I first came to see the place, she has been responsive and attentive at times of needs. Ariana has always helped out one way or another whenever problem arouse she’s been great putting off any fires. I remember Elizabeth sending help with maintenance Carina as well. I also would like to thank Humberto who came for help whenever my sink broke and other maintenance needs I had. I was comfortable enough to let them in an out of my studio when I was at work after a year. it’s been nice to live there. apartment complex was cleaned and well maintained. Neighbors were pleasant. I complained about noise one time and it’s been taken care of.

Thanks for being attentive, helpful and considerate. Being away from my family home they made feel home. I also appreciated the pet friendly complex and neighbors. I am appreciative and grateful for assistance whenever I needed service.

Please do keep me posted at times of vacancies, I would be happy to recommend and refer my friends & family who is looking for a place. Clint realty I am glad to be leaving on good terms with you and once again sending my best wishes. Keep my star on the bookcase if I happen to make my project big you can tell your future tenants their dreams can come true someday too. I wish to be an inspiration. We loved this apartment, our first place in LA, and had a great experience with Joel Nass. He helped our move in be very smooth, and when we had to leave before the end of our lease term he helped us quickly find a new tenant to takeover the lease, avoiding having to pay any rent beyond the time we actually lived there. Ariana was also very helpful in helping us negotiate through some security deposit issues, ultimately resolving things with a mutually satisfying outcome. All in all, we really enjoyed our time living in the apartment.
