I am a Real Estate Broker of 18 years. I am also a licensed mortgage broker. I was a property manager for 10 of my 18 years. I have rented from Clear Choice Property Management for the past 5 years. Their service has been flawless. I have been a renter multiple times in my life and I have dealt with multiple property management companies. Clear Choice Property Management has 5 star service. Anytime something has needed a repair in the last 5 years, Clear Choice Property Management has sent someone out the same day. One summer my 2 year old was extremely ill. It was over 100 degrees outside & my A/C broke. My house was over 110 degrees. Clear Choice sent out someone to repair the A/C within one hour. The best part is Clear Choice does not intrude on your property anymore than the lease states. You will never find them showing up and invading your privacy. But they do make sure each rental is being taken care of by the tenants and they make sure rents get paid on time. Clear Choice also offers an online payment system that is extrememly easy and super convienant to use. I can be out of town and simply pay my rent from my phone by logging into their websight. They also send monthly reminders to your email that are extremely helpful and contain a link you can simply click and pay rent. I highly recommend Clear Choice Property Management for all of your property management needs.

I'm seeing the series of negative reviews from last week and I can't help but think that one angry person tried to get all their friends to write negative reviews to sabotage this company. I've had very positive experiences with the office staff and the property manager. They are easy to reach out to when there is a problem and they respond quickly to issues. I wish they could keep rent prices from going up, but that's happening all over the state and is out of their control. They're a solid company.

Renter destroyed my house. Property manager never checked up on the property. 10 people living in home. We lost money trying to fix everything. Find another PM!!!
