We have been in our new Clayton home almost one year now. Our experience has been exceptional. It is a nicely built home with all the comforts that you would expect in a new home. From the start we have experienced top notch customer service and do appreciate Clayton home’s professionalism. I do want to mention their customer service representative Dylan, he’s very knowledgeable and does a great job on whatever he takes on. I also want to thank Dustin and the rest of the Clayton Homes staff in the Orroville branch. They all do a great job of taking care of your needs concerning your new home!

Each time I’ve entered the building everyone has been friendly and homes are very clean when doing walk a through. Kristin Ferling has the excellent costumer service when speaking to her on the phone. I had been wanting to stop in for awhile now, so today I did. The owner was very nice and showed me some models that fit closest to what I was looking for. He was very accommodating and answered all my questions. He gave me a booklet of their models which also have some options of layouts. He also explained some foundation options and was extremely helpful. They are some really nice homes to pick from.

I have not personally went in to look yet, but most of their displays aren't as beautiful as the ones in their website. Too many single side and basic models. The inside they focused on modern looks but the outside of the mobile homes are simply just too basic. We're in a new modern world. This is just my opinion. But overall, I believe Clayton mobile homes are good interiors. The display lot looks great too but like I said, they should display some of the higher end products too.
