Back in August of this year my husband and I had made the decision to move from Sacramento back to my hometown in Lake County to be closer to family because we're expecting our first baby! I was referred to Traci Munion by a family member and let me just say it was such a pleasure, and the best decision we could have made to work with Traci in helping us make our big move and finding our forever home. She is so incredibly knowledgeable about the real estate market, and she was so patient and helpful in strategizing for the best possible plan for my husband and I. Traci was so accommodating of our schedules, with us having to travel from Sacramento every weekend to look at houses. When we finally found the perfect house, we could envision raising our family in she did everything possible to make the process of getting all the inspections done, checking to make sure that everything was fixed during the final walk through to making the close of escrow so smooth and seamless. If your moving to Lake County, CA I would definitely recommend using them.

I moved from Dallas TX so I had to rely on using the internet to find rental properties.

Since Lake CO. is so small the majority of Rental Agencies don't post pictures of their rentals or only have an external picture of the place and one photo inside.

But Sue from City Center Realty was awesome she called me back when she said she would. Sent me photos of the place did everything I asked for within reason.

A close second would be CPS Country Air.

The rest of the Rental agencies I would recommend to keep away/or don't waste your time, trust me on this.
