I had the great fortune of dealing with Emily at Citiscape PMG (twice now) for two tricky situations regarding some documentation needed for two condo purchases in San Francisco. On both occasions, Emily literally saved the day. She responds quickly, cares about the situation at hand and keeps her promises to research and respond. Above all, she's really friendly! My friend was selling her unit and had no idea an Estoppel Inspection was required by the HOA before they release a multi thousand dollar hold through escrow. She does not live in San Francisco and asked my assistance to coordinate. She put me in contact with Sergey, the property manager for the HOA. He was able to do the inspection within a week and I did not even have to be present. I provided him the keys and he came by the unit, then emailed the escrow office to release the funds. Made the situation really simple to resolve.

I want to commend Emily Hemphill on always being so responsive, communicative and helpful during this process. The lack of effort and abject indifference to customer service with Citiscape has been astounding. David could not be more useless, refused to answer my phone call or send me my documents. Lived here 3 months still haven’t gotten an answer to which mailbox is mine.

Beware of Citiscape Property Management Group. I would never hire, nor recommend them to anyone.

They will insert their Reliant Construction Management group needlessly and without your asking or authorization into a project (ie a water leak issue) and then charge you way more than any value they will add to the process. Sketchy at best.

I lost my keys and had no idea how I was going to get into the building, we are in a highrise. I called the management company and they got in touch with our property manager. I could not make it to their office until after closing. The manager arranged for someone to meet me after hours and got me a new key. Didn’t even charge for anything but the key, $25. Made a stressful situation fairly easy to navigate.
