Terry and his team have managed the condos that I live in for two years.

They are by far the most responsive and professional property managers/landlords that I've ever interacted with.

I rarely had any kind of property maintenance requests, but if something minor came up then they were quick to support and resolve things.

I can't recommend Citi Properties enough if you're looking to buy or rent in Birmingham and surrounding areas.
