This place is disgusting. It took me 3 days to set an appointment despite the urgency and when I finally set one, they didn't even have the decency to commit to it. When I called they explained they were too busy for me. Alma is the worst and they clearly don't value money or your time.--EDIT- They harassed me multiple times saying they were going to get my review removed. Very disappointing services. They may not like me but they were careless and rude. I feel that nobody is better than anyone and that everyone's Time is valuable. They do not share that belief. They accused me of lying and of never going to their business. They said since I live in another state, It was IMPOSSIBLE for me to ever be in their state that is close to mine, let alone the southern part of the state. They harassed me, accused me of lying, wasted my time, and said I hung up when the receptionist said and I quote "if that's all, have a good day". To which I responded have a good day I'm writing an honest, negative review. Too late now. Google if you see this you can email me and I am MORE than accommodating to submit proof before you just remove my honest review. I am hurt by how they responded. Instead of being adults, they accused me of being exactly like them. Again, DISGUSTING. Lastly, they clearly looked at my reviews that I've left in the past JUST to justify their actions and claim its me that's the problem indirectly
