11/27 My first and last service visit at Ciocca Subaru of Flemington was on Nov. 14, 2024. My experience with them was so bad that I now question whether the Subaru brand is reliable and trustworthy if this place is permitted to operate as it does. They added costly “extra services” to my invoice, without my prior approval. After I left the garage, my Service Advisor and her Service Manager were unresponsive to my initial telephone messages and text messages. I had to persist to get their responses and they were not at all helpful. Finally, a “Customer Relations Manager for Ciocca Automotive” told me that my original paperwork and approval was moved to an off-site storage facility and was not available.

Subaru broadly claims that their technicians are factory trained and certified. Ciocca Subaru did not even warn me that they employ “apprentices” — I learned this only after I left their facility. Whoever worked on my Subaru Legacy could not even figure out why a yellow warning light for low tire pressure would appear even though I had the correct pressures in my tires. This suggests that he did not even know how to use (or perhaps did not even have) Subaru’s diagnostic tools and technology. This is substandard and unacceptable service.

There is something terribly wrong with this place. I have never experienced such treatment at any other Subaru service center, anywhere in the USA.

Have a 2016 Subaru legacy that was having transmission problems. Ciocca was able to get coverage for full replacement under warranty (9years post purchase) at no cost to me. Good experience

I recently purchased a Subaru Outback from Ciocca Subaru of Flemington, and I must say that the experience exceeded all my expectations. I had an Excellent experience with the service department for my 05 STi!! The appointment was for a Saturday morning, and I waited for the repair, which took less time than expected. Thank you, Ryan. The service advisor Hector was very pleasant and helpful with the whole process. I also had a chance to talk with the manager, Rich, and he is very nice too. It's just a really nice group of professional people to deal with. They are willing to go above and beyond to make sure you have a great service experience. Thanks again

First time here for service, and it was a pleasant experience. The loaner car made this experience so much better, and I didn't have to bother anyone for rides. Service and mechanics were outstanding. I will be going back for all Crosstrek service, and I would highly recommend Ciocca to any Subaru owner.

Such a decline of a fine dealership since Ciocca took over. They pretend to get all automated, yet their IT is lousy and doesn't work most of the time. I've been getting automated messages to schedule their 24,000 mile service, in the website, which I did, along with a couple other things. Strike #1, I am getting a call - A CALL!- that the time I scheduled in the website was not actually available - just kidding I guess! So we scheduled another time. Strike #2, I get a confirmation Sunday night at 8 pm when I can't even call, where the 24,000 mile service is not even mentioned, just the minor things. How do I know they booked enough time? How many times do I have to call to complete a simple task? Won't wait for a third strike.

Bye Ciocca, taking my business to another Subaru dealership outside this unprofessional chain. Feeling sorry for the employees

Overbook appointments . Plan on a full day or more . Seem very unorganized. Bad feeling . Got my keys back and left . Mechanics may be good but the people in front are in over their heads . Have to find a new dealer .

Excellent! From scheduling my appointment on line, dropping off vehicle and receiving a "sanituzed" loaner, then being contacted that some extra time was needed, I picked up my car the next day without a hitch. A seamless operation! Even with informing the service department of an unexpected issue, failing 18 mos old battery, my needs were taken care of efficiently and successfully! Covid-19 prevention practices in place. I received my car fully sanitized and bathed! Signed....Very Happy Customer
