A big shout out to all my new friends at Ciocca Subaru in Flemington, and especially Rob Bunting, the sales associate that helped me purchase my very first Subaru yesterday. I’ve been a loyal Toyota customer for 15 years and my son who is a loyal Subaru customer pushed me to check it out. So at about 6:30 pm last night I drove home in my brand new Subaru Foresters Premium and absolutely love it. Also I don’t want to mention Cynthia, one of the business associates that processes all the financial paperwork. I challenged Cynthia to get all my financials done in less than 39 minutes, and guess what, 20 minutes after I walked into her office it was done. So bravo to everyone at Ciocca Subaru.

I’ve been going here a while now (around 8 years). The service is very professional and communicative and you know your car is in good hands here. Look for Matt or Garrett, both wonderful to work with. I’ve had my 2015 car serviced here, a 2018 leased and serviced here and now just purchased my 2025 car. Sales follows a solid personal approach. Alex that I’ve leased from in the past makes every effort to help out, Tom whom I worked with this time to find the best car and was just phenomenal, the finance guy Ryan that walked me carefully through every number, and Michael the GM who creates an enabling and good atmosphere workplace for his staff - that’s the team you want to work with for your next Subaru. With the current purchase everything went super smooth but one minor nuance with an accessory that was backordered. Sales and service worked together to figure out a quick solution with one thing in mind - me walking out happy with my new purchase. Seriously, I know they took a hit and lost some $ just to keep their customer satisfaction high. Huge thank you to that team and obviously I highly recommend this dealership.
