Christine was our realtor for a condo purchase in palisades park nj for my mom. My mom is not an easy person to work with but Christine truly listened to all her wants and needs and was always respectful of our budget. She is actually such an interesting person because she is the perfect mix of street smarts/savvy coupled with a really warm and empathetic personality!
It is a crazy real estate market and when we finally found the perfect property for us, Christine gave us sage advice and we were actually able to purchase under asking price. In hindsight, if she were unscrupulous she very well could have had us go in at asking; but with a clear understanding of the “right” price, and truly looking out for our interests, Christine made sure we did not overpay.
I whole heartedly recommend Christine for your real estate needs and will 100% return to her should we sell or buy in the future.

Buying a property is rarely a smooth process, which is why is so important to make sure you pick the right agent to assist you and help you during this period. I'm so glad I had Christine help me find my home. Not only was she very motivated the entire time, she went above and beyond to make sure my requests were met. She has a strong sense of urgency, which is why I was able to close on time (even if we ran through some obstacles due to the other party). For a broker, this is the shark you want. Goes above and beyond what a good broker would do. I have owned investment properties and residential and had several brokers in the past. None compares to her. Returns calls promptly and gets results.
She does it all.
