Christina helped my wife and I purchase our first home back in March of this year (2022). The market was very competitive then, and if it wasn't for Christina, we would not have gotten our house. When the property was listed, Christina quickly put together the necessary paperwork, allowing us to make a preemptive offer before the house went into bidding. That got us a good deal on the house and saved us the headache of bidding with other potential buyers.

In addition to being a consummate professional, Christina took the time to foster a relationship with my wife and I. She took the time to answer many questions that first time home buyers like us may have. It really felt like a friend had guided us through an otherwise stressful process.

Christina is an excellent realtor! She helped our family sell two properties after our father passed away. She is extremely knowledgeable and capable to handle any and all aspects of the process from getting to know us to understanding the potential buyers, from preparing the properties to marketing them, from listing the property to closing the deal. I worked with Christina to buy my home in 2020, and it was an amazing experience!

She was first referred to me through a friend who also loved working with her. When I first met with her, Christina truly impressed me with her breath of knowledge with regard to the bay area market. I was even more thrilled when I learned how detail oriented she was at investigating each property during home tours.

She was also incredibly meticulous when reading disclosures. Christina truly surpassed my expectation when she points out concerns that I overlooked in the disclosure.

I really enjoyed working with her and I'll reach back out again when it's time to buy another house.

Christina is an amazing realtor!
My wife and I worked with her to purchase a home in the Bay Area.
She helped us with each step of the way. She is professional and very responsive. She was always available to talk and show us houses, even during COVID-19 times!
She works very hard.
One thing I particularly liked about Christina compared to other realtors we spoke with, was how she did not purport her own opinions or thoughts onto us. She listed the "pros," and "cons," of each and ultimately let us decide and was not pushy or overbearing.
I recommend her without hesitation and would use her again if need be!
