I worked with Christina for a year before I purchased my place. We looked at homes, condos, and ranches at my direction. But after researching, I wanted a studio in the village at Northstar because of cost, but Christina gracefully educated me on the far greater rental income potential for a 2 bedroom and the desire to have friends and family join me for ski and other seasons. She nailed it. I have friends up all the time and rental income more than cover my cost and I spend 60 days per year skiing. Christina is an expert and also deeply empathic, and she listens. I worked with Christina as a first-time homebuyer. I can’t say I was always calm, but she was. Christina is experienced, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. She knows the market better than anyone and she has her client’s best interest in mind. She will fight for you. She worked on my behalf and followed through on every possibility. I know I wasn’t her only client, but I felt like I was, and I’m not quite sure how that was possible. She had to have been in four places at once. It’s not just selling a home for Christina, it feels personal. She gets to know you and she helps with all of the details. I felt like I knew Tahoe by the time I closed on my home. To top it all, I was able to get my Placer County Short Term Rental Occupancy Certificate within one day of closing because Christina made sure I had what I needed to do make it happen. She is a nice person, and a pleasure to deal with, a rare find in a scary first time process.
