Chris Hinkel is a property Sherlock Holmes.She investigated thoroughly every possible avenue to find just the right property for us. Whenever we wanted to go and see a property, even at the last minute, Chris was always available with a smile on her face, prepared and ready to go look at it. Together we found the perfect lakeview home. Even though the escrow was very difficult, she helped us navigate through and kept our blood pressure low. Chris never gave up even though the seller made the situation very difficult. We were able to get the property at a great price thanks to her negotiating skills. She was professional and worked with the other agents to our benefit. At last we have our dream house and thanks to Chris it all happened in a timely and low stress manner. I'll recommend Chris to anyone wanting to buy or sell a house in Tahoe.
