The apartment was lovely with plenty of space for 2-4 people. The interior has been re-done so is perfectly modern and functional. Natalie was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our lease time as well as always very contactable. The location of the apartment is an easy short walk from the downtown area. Me and my roommates were extremely glad that we stayed here.

I stayed in an apartment under their management for the 2022-2023 school year. Natalie was fantastic (especially regarding property upkeep) and my roommates and I loved living there. She was in constant contact regarding maintenance, being very diligent about letting us know when people were coming into the apartment. She never let anyone in without getting our permission first which was greatly appreciated. Truly a pleasure to live here.

We subleased a 2bdr 2 bath at University Gateway thru Choice Properties. The place was recently renovated and clean upon arrival. As a Graduate of PSU in 1986(yes im old) with 2 children that also went and are going to Psu, i have firsthand experience of the nonsense pulled by the bigger management companies at Psu. Oddly enough several of these companies were in business in the Eighties and pulling the same tricks as today like not returning deposits, to not servicing renters emegencies or even worst charging for repairs that would be the Landlord's responsibilty. A Google search will provide many examples. I am happy to report Natalie at Choice was professional, organized and easily accessible for my son and his roomate who were first time renters at Main.She really was like a 2nd mom to the boys which helped them ease into the daily grind up there. I can say we were treated like P.S.U. family by Natalie. I can also say we became friends and when i found out she has a daughter that just graduated from P.S.U.,It dawned on me that Natalie and Choice have the Penn State family approach which anyone who rents from them will pleasantly find out what" We are Penn State" means. Its evident in their management style and your family will see and experience this just as my family has.
