I've lived at Chesterfield Townhomes now for almost 6 years! I LOVE the neighborhood, the people, and the atmosphere, and it doesn't hurt that I enjoy my neighbors too! During this COVID-19 pandemic, things have been tough for most, including myself. So, when I received a letter from Chesterfield Management informing me that they would NOT be raising the rent for an entire year, well, it made me smile. It was nice to get something in the mail that brought relief instead of stress. I really do love living here! God bless you!

Any idea who manages this property now?

I am interested in renting/ buying a townhouse here and gardencommunties agent says they don’t manage it anymore and they don’t have any information on it.

Hello, I live in the neighborhood in Victoria Park. I walk the neighborhood daily
I must say many of the Chesterfield units make the neighborhood look so run down and trashy, particularly all of the units in the row 40 units on the backyard side are in desperate need of Power Washing! This is something that if the property management was taking an interest in the appearance of the units they would see this. These unit look horrible and for the value that this neighborhood runs for, the unit should all look appealing to residents and potential residents. Honestly it's almost embarrassing.

THIS COMMUNITY HAS MICE..particularly in and around the newly renovated ones. We moved here almost 3 months ago and almost with great difficulty got out of there. When we informed them that we spotted mice, we got shocked at their lukewarm response.

Very peaceful and quiet place to live.
Very cozy townhouses and the best part is all has basements and garage with 2 Individual parking space at a very reasonable rent.

They make us wait for 25 minutes for apartment tour and they never showed up even we had an appointment, Waste of Time, Apt # 301.
