Park may be nice, as well as the residents there, but what is the use of a great location when the Manager won't bother to return calls about any homes being sold and answers requested PRIOR to purchasing a home? Bad management. Not interested because if it is like this before even applying (if you can get her to even answer the phone to get an application), I can imagine what it would be like actually buying a home and living there. Good luck to those selling their homes. No thanks.
If she is the owner of the park, shame on her. If she is an employee...bad move on owners part.

This is a beautiful senior park, meticulously maintained and the manager Sandra Hobbs has a wonderful relationship with all the tenants!

It's a nice place. Management is good. I think the rent space is a little high especially when I paid the exact same rent in a small travel trailer that people are paying for double and single wide mobile homes. That's the biggest complaint I had living there. I am from the Camp fire in Butte County and I feel like they were taking advantage of the fire victims as we needed somewhere to live and try to start over with nothing.

Very nice community and management. I have been there for the past few weeks working with private home owners to renovate repair damages and make their visions of their home real. I may very well buy a mobile home here when i retire

This is a mobile home park for retired people. There is a lot of theft here. It has to be an inside job..either someone who lives there and isn't suppose to be or someone who visits someone who lives there. The new managers should put up cameras threw out the park for everyone's safety.

Nice well-kept mobile home park. The helpful manager Sandra is caring and friendly and ready to help
