The whole process of selling my home started with Chase advising me on what to do to get my property ready to sell, as well as giving me names of contractors he trusts to help. I felt overwhelmed in the beginning but with the help of his excellent referral’s I soon had things in order. When I was ready to list, Chase and Jordyn saw to it that my property was professionally presented on-line and went right to work scheduling viewings and open houses. They were a tremendous help advising me on potential buyers and helped me negotiate buyers requests. Despite having one escrow fall through at the last moment, Cromwell Home group waisted no time getting my home back on the market and I appreciate their expertise and outstanding service to ultimately get my home sold very quickly. During the whole process I felt very confident and comfortable that Chase and his team were doing the best job they could. We recently had the pleasure of working with Chase and Jordyn when purchasing our first home. There are certainly many folks with real estate licenses in the state of California. Some have a grasp of the market, some only know the individual listing they might have.
We had the good fortune of meeting Chase in the middle of an exhaustive search all over San Diego County looking for the right home. we must have seen 55-60 properties during our search.
Chase knows his real estate, and more importantly he understands people. Buyers and sellers of homes are just folks. What Case knows better than most is the art of negotiation from both perspectives. He sat us down and was clear in his direction of what it takes to make first to get an offer signed, and then successfully get through an escrow and close.
He told us up front what he might need us to do to be successful in our endeavor. We spoke of different negotiation tactics based on different approaches needed to consummate a deal well in advance of our search so we would be prepared.
Ultimately he asked us to trust him. Because we were well informed up front, we did exactly that. he knows his real estate and understands the chess game of making a deal happen.

We had a great experience working with Chase and his entire Cromwell Home Group team. Prior to listing our family home, he gave expert advice on what to do to our home to make it ready to sell and have buyer appeal. Once the house was listed, it was off to the races. Chase and his team really battled through the escrow process for us. He really impressed me during the intense offer negation phase when we were dealing with difficult buyers/realtors. We ended up with a quick 19 day escrow and sold for above the asking price. Chase was constantly available throughout the whole process and very prompt with his correspondence. We hired Chase because we needed someone aggressive for the job…..and he delivered. He absolutely lived up today his reputation and accomplished exactly what he promised to do. I would use his services again in a heartbeat.
