absolutely the worst bank ever, I updated my email address and because of that the locked my online access and are making me GO TO A BRANCH!! What is this 1985 Oh and guess what, they are closed on the weekends!

The front desk and the Asian lady with the glasses know nothing about banking and make you wait 20 minutes for nothing.

Charles Schwab should consider training their staff better on both product knowledge and how to retain their clients.
