We have been with Chapman for several years. Any time we have had any problems, we have been taken care of.
Rent has gone up since our first lease, but not at an unfair amount. Everything is more expensive in this bad economy.
Tim and his employees are always friendly and courteous. We would recommend Chapman Properties for sure.

Been renting from them for over 3 years now and it has been a great experience. They always send someone out to fix an issue if I have one, always willing to work with me on payments, they take care of lawn mowing so I don’t have to. I always refer people to rent through here.

Told them I had raccoons living in my attic. So what did they do? Just boarded up the windows with the raccoons inside.

Front door to building still broken so any crackhead can get in if they want to.

Mice infestation which I’ve told them about, nope nothing yet still waiting. At this point I’m too afraid of what they might do to get rid of them, probably gas the building with me inside.

Not to mention it’s impossible to get ahold of them but then again what’s the point? As long as they have their money. Well hear this Chapman properties. I WILL OFFICIALLY BE WITHHOLDING RENT UNTIL THE MICE ARE GONE AND MY LIVING CONDITIONS ARE BETTER. Thanks.

Great landlord!!!! Very friendly I love our house, been here a little over a year. If you need a repair his team is out to fix the problem in a timely manner. Tim calls just to ask how you are and how things are going. Would highly recommend

Slum lord doesn't fix nothing goes up on rent every year also selling appliances that were already in the homes that were already in home before he bought them I have a stove in my apartment and it been there for 20 years I'm not paying for it It doesn't work one eye works and it's old leaving soon. Will be finding another place but not from Chapman.

We've lived here for just about a year and have had no problems. Anytime something happened someone was to the house within 24 hours. Honestly one of the best landlords I've had.

Chapman rented me a home he knew was infested with roaches (700 cherry street) and refuses to relocate me to another property or let me break my lease!! i haven’t moved in yet and he changed the locks to the house! When we told him we found roaches before our lease started and that we didn’t want to continue with the lease and moving in, bTimothy chapman stopped returning all calls and messages until the day of the lease started. a real slumlord of freeport illinois i wouldn’t recommend renting with him. i wouldn’t even let my dogs live on his properties, i’d be careful with renting him as he can carry the roaches from property to property. Be careful guys these people do not care about you or your situation. Just a paycheck if i could leave it 0 stars, i would
