Had the most incredible experience with Miriam and the rest of Chandler Properties.

I applied for a unit that ended up already being leased, but upon establishing a relationship with the on site manager of that building, he put in a good word for me with Miriam, unbeknownst to me. Miriam let me know that they had a unit that would be available in the following days. She was extremely helpful and flexible to my timeline, and without her I truly believe I would still be looking for housing.

So thankful for Miriam, Ryan and the rest of Chandler Properties!

Chandler is the best! You can really tell that they care about their tenants’ wellbeing as importantly as the company’s reputation. I never have any trouble getting work orders fulfilled. Betty, our leasing agent was lovely to work with. She was super personable, patient, and an excellent communicator. Your property management company can really make or break your living experience, so I’m glad that I found a place with an awesome staff.

Betty was really lovely when she showed us a unit, but I hated that I spent $45 on the application and when submitting it to Sarah who was in charge of that listing, received no acknowledgement or response whatsoever so it felt like a waste of money.

I lived in 435 Hayes St for over 3 years and had a lovely experience. The online portal was efficient, in-building laundry was great, general maintenance was timely and considerate to requested hours and entry, the neighborhood is so fun and lively, and the resident manager (Caryn) is incredibly caring and quick to help out if there's any issues! Couldn't recommend this spot more, it's a bittersweet decision to leave!
