Jacqueline is a very friendly escrow officer and super proactive. She contacted me right away (since I'm the Loan Officer in the transaction) and introduced herself as soon as my Borrower's offer went into contract. I was impressed. During the loan process, her team was always ready to help, constantly offered help, worked hard to be on top of things, called me right away when issues arise so things can be resolved smoothly. I have used Champion Escrow for several home sale transactions. One transactions was complicated by a loss some paperwork dating over 30 years ago. Jacqueline was able to recommend a bond insurance company to take care of the problem. My most recent sale of a commercial property was going smoothly up until the end. Buyer at the last minute on the day of closing, had made multiple wirings and some became questionable. She and her staff worked through the night collecting and verified each wire. All while keeping me informed of the situation. They were able to ensure that there would be no question by the title company which allowed the process to close the next day.
Her expertise and ability to handle complicated situations as they arise is a testament of her knowledge and competence. I recommend them for all friends and family.
