We moved to Huntsville from Germany in 2010. In tow we brought two Volvo's back with us. We were thrilled to know there was a Volvo Dealer in Huntsville; Century Volvo! Our Volvo's were shipped to Century where we picked them up and when we arrived we were welcomed into the Volvo Family at Century. We have exclusively serviced our Volvo's with Century and the service has been Outstanding! Recently, we purchased a new Volvo through Century and we opted for the Oversaes Delivery of our new Volvo. Right away, Anthony Metz and Oren Biggers welcomed us into the showroom and helped us with everything! The process was simple and so organized, right down to our trip to Sweden to pick up our new car! When Century says they are family owned, they sincerely mean it! Great customer service and thorough video explaining what they found and what needs to be done. They reviewed pricing giving honest opinions on what is best for the vehicle. Had it diagnosed and fixed within a decent amount of time. Would definitely recommend if you own a Volvo.

I had my car annual maintenance service done at Volvo today. It's always a pleasant experience at Volvo. The place is very nice and people working there, including advisors and technicians, are friendly and ready to help. My advisor Mike (Burns) is very knowledgeable and has always been helpful. One time I couldn't find my car key at home and the other key was out of battery. I called Mike in desperation. He was unbelievably patient and guided me throughout the entire process to open the locked car door. I was able to drive to the dealership and had the battery of the nonfunctional key replaced. Back to today's service. It was relatively quick, and my car looked terrific after the service - Volvo always gives the customer a free car wash!
