Rented from this company and they lack communication big time. From the leasing process (they informed me the house I had rented came with no appliances and many more no nos via text!) to getting through their great maintenance department and receptionist is a true nightmare. Had to fight them (really) to get a man to put some bags outside my garage door as it was getting flooded the day before Xmas. Bags he put were a joke when I checked why was water still coming in. I had to reposition them all to make it right. After a few more phone calls and texts I got a response from the owner 4 days later with an email reading ‘“Please contact your renters insurance for any damage to your personal property.
The new management company will have to work on a more permanent fix”
Wonder if it was their job to actually fix something.
