My experience at Century BMW was amazing. Kaitlynne was my advisor in the purchase of my 2024 BMW 230 Coupe. She was very informative, knowledgeable and alot of fun to be during the entire process. She made my experience fun and memorable. Chase the sales manager was very personable and made me feel very welcomed. Many others helped me in ways to numerous to mention. I feel so good about my experience purchasing my car but I feel even more trust in having it serviced there in the future. I feel my car and my well-being is in good hands. I’m impressed with the knowledge and attitude of young Joseph the salesman. However the finance guy seems to have issues. My understanding of A C Schnitzer mods seems to disagree with his. I really like the car I bought but it cost me money it shouldn’t have. Just saying
