Contacted Century 21 today to inquire about property rentals. I spoke to Jessica. She was by far one of the worst people I’ve had to speak with concerning house hunting in an unfamiliar area. She was so condescending and just overall nasty toward me on the phone. I could tell that she feels entitled to speak to people in that area in that manner. There’s no way I’d get into bed with Century 21 and have to deal with mediocre Jessica on a monthly basis. It’s not worth my time nor should it be worth yours . Do better

Horrible service no one's friendly or inviting just rude and lazy no sense of urgency. If I could ill give them 0 stars. I refuse to use Century 21 services and don't advise anyone else to who lives in Central PB area.

I plan to go there to get a housing list if I plan to buy a house.
I spoke to a representative there who was delighted to talk to me and afterwards I felt comfortable to go by in the future for housing issues that I want to talk with Century 21 about.
