If you're looking to sell, the best advice you’re going to get today is: Stop looking, call Gary.

We tried to sell 2 times previously, and interviewed countless agents before listing this time, so I feel I'm fairly qualified to state that you’re not going to find a realtor with a better combination of knowledge, staightforwardness, follow-through, communication, and contacts to get you through something as major as a home sale than Gary.

From the start when my landscaper bailed last minute and Gary showed up with a truck full of mulch to personally ensure the house was ready for the market, to the communication and updates throughout the process, to the negotiations and closing - I couldn't be happier with Gary’s work. After a couple of missteps with other realtors, we ran into Gary Thomson at one of his Open House showings. Gary is a native of Middletown, attended school here, and is raising his family here. Since we were selling our Middletown home, and buying another home in town, it made a lot of sense for us to leverage Gary's intimate knowledge of the area. Century 21's reputation as a leader in real estate was also a factor. We're glad we met Gary, and not just because he's a genuinely nice guy, he sold our old house and found our new Middletown home with no issues.
