I used Kelly to sell two lots I had and he obviously knew the market well enough to get the best price in a reasonable amount of time. Since I lived out of the area he arranged for the closing documents to be signed at my home at my convenience. A very smooth transaction without any problems. Still a horrible company. The agent that put on the snow removal hat last year when I bought the house and did a very unprofessional job, not fulfilling the agreement, just verbally assaulted me in public because I wasn't happy with their performance of the sale. The most unprofessional real estate I have ever encountered and that I will never deal with again.
