Miss Law is AMAZING.

I have had bad experiences with every realtor I have dealt with, except her and the solid team she works with. She is the gold standard for me when it comes to peace of mind, and expectations during the process. She found the home and listened to what I asked for, and because of her extreme professionalism and prompt action she was able to shave nearly a month off the VA home buying process.

I hate to be contradictory to a previous review, but I had a terrible experience with this agency and the named realtor. My agent was not proactive in the selling of my home at all. It took teeth pulling to get anything done such as an open house or even a sign put up and then it was expected that I would coordinate my own showings. Her son took awful photos of the inside of my house even after I asked if he could wait so I could move stuff. Just overall, was extremely frustrating.

I’ve had outstanding realtors that I’ve worked with, and then I had this one. I’ve never been asked to coordinate my own showings (where MY number is listed on the MLS for people to call). Absolutely ridiculous. In the end, the house sold at full price because the buyers were eager. Not sure any of it had to do with my realtor. Make sure you do your research and trust your gut. Also, as a fun note- she took her cut and ran, not so much as a thank you. Thank you to Barbara Law’s team for doing the document side of the house- the work horses of that agency.
