If I can give this property management company a zero star rating I would. Firstly my experience in their managed complex was terrible. First I was being harassed for my daughter being loud at 8:00pm. I know my rights and in apartment living there’s always going to be noise. The neighbor I had next to me you can hear the mom yelling at her daughters or them playing video games at 2:00pm. Dog waste everywhere, I had to call to have it picked up it was gross and the potential of it communicating our local ground water. I asked the manager to be signed off the lease in July of 2021 and he had confirmed I am no longer on the lease. If that was so I would no longer be getting messages to pay rent. I’ve called this place several times left messages and attempted to send out emails from their website it relayed back and their website has a section where you can voice your concern it doesn’t work. You are illegally keeping me on the lease after I ve been gone almost 3 years. I do not recommend anyone to live in their communities.

I paid rent your manger threw it at me and my face and yelled at me told me get out I left out and start praying she quoted me and told me I look stupid I'm not allowed to pray on the premises to get away from the office in front to print Etsy legal then after I left my money there she claim she didn't get it now y'all suing me and putting me in my children out because she keep following me around harassing me and other residents as Sonora Vista Apartments and Balsam Avenue Giselle the manager I got more picture of the bedbugs that was in my refrigerator and my unit wasn't clean I had to clean that have a long list of what was wrong with my unit never got fixed up clean the whole winter I kept asking can I fix my heat and never did we stay cold the whole winter I use my blow dryer to keep us warm and I have lots of witness on that I feel like if two residents using a manager's just sit down there tenants try to resolve it first before charging them try to find the the problem to the solution and resolve it but she trying to find ways to get me put out and I know the lost too as well as she do the tenants landlord law

Do not call or contact this management company with any intentions or thoughts of having your concerns addressed. Whether it be the receptionist, or “supervisor”, they seem to lack any empathy or reasonableness when it comes to their residents. I’ve called this location on multiple occasions to address my issues with my complex. Never were any of my calls answered or returned. I was only able to speak with someone today after giving push back to the gate keeper who wanted nothing to do with my call. And when I finally spoke with the “supervisor”, she only repeated “the rules of the apartment”. While neglecting to answer why the agreed terms are not kept on the management and complex side. I can tell by the response she was providing that they are conditioned to reply with baseless rhetoric that does nothing to assist their tenants. I’m not surprised there is a 1 rating for this operation! I can only imagine the problems other residents go through with this property management company. I am considering happily paying the fees to break the terms of my lease early to leave their complex location! I will stay far away from any location affiliated and ran by Celtic. Do not rent from Celtic management properties!!

Been a tenant at Pines At Prescott for well over 6 years. If I had the means I would have left years ago. About 5 years ago they removed the coin operated laundry equipment that while a bit old, seemed functional. They installed some fancy new machines that required a reloadable card to be used that can only be reloaded inside the office during office hours. Since Day 2 half of the machines are out of order. The washers will either not spin cycle and leave your clothes soaked or worse, won't drain at all literally leaving your clothes in gallons of dirty water. Dozens, if not hundreds of complaints have been given to management who act like they don't care at all and everything is out of their control. Recently they changed the card process yet again and now you can only load your laundry card by using another card. No cash at all.

The laundry is just the most obvious issue. The maintenance of the buildings is junk. There's so much calcium build up in the pipes that the water is just nasty. Any mention of it is answered with "well we can come back flush it." Constant issues with roaches and other bugs. Kids run around the complex completely unchecked and have even broken into empty units to "make forts". No accountability whatsoever. Multiple obvious drug users in the complex. Literally no sound insulation exists in the buildings. It's a damn joke. They do JUST enough to be within the laws. And the office staff just take time off work they want and deflect all complaints. I cannot wait until I can leave.

I live Sunrise Vista Apts. The management and apartment complex is pure trash. They never keep the laundry working properly so you lose money either washing or drying clothes. The maintenance doesn't know how to fix repairs so you are constantly calling for them to come back and do it right. The office is never punctual with paperwork and sends out 2nd notices but actually it's the first notice. These are mostly had and section 8 housing and those are the only ones who benefit from this housing industry. See where mold has been cut

I lived at Sonora Vista from 2016 to 2018, which is now closed. I was threatened with eviction by Giselle because I complained that the upstairs neighbors tub was accidentally left running and flooded our apartment, which resulted in huge holes in the ceiling and Mold. She followed through, September 12, 2018 I complained, September 27th 2018 I was evicted. She took my rent money and applied it to some fake debt and have her on video threatening to evict me! After being evicted, I was charged rent WHICH IS ILLEGAL plus $2400.00 in removal fees for a table w/ chairs barbecue pit and repainting a bathroom. Another 1395.00 in made up charges with no explanation! I've contacted the office several times never get a call back. Still reporting on my credit. I'm trying to sue for mold exposure, illegal practices, inaccurate credit reporting, pain and suffering and etc.. but I can't find the Statutory Agent information..
Thank God, I kept videos and pictures of everything ?
Update the regional manager knows, said this will stay on your credit and to sue. No wonder they have a 1.2 rating.

These apartments are horrible,(Chandler Garden Apartments) poor service.
The whole apartment complex has ONE maintainence man! Takes weeks for a work order to be done! The manager linda REFUSES to replace my carpet despite being more than 5 years old. It ripped in the corner and all they did was patch it with a small peice of carpet. The cabinets are rot from leaking water. They also refuse to replace anything!
Infested with roaches and druggies getting high outside my front door! And leaving paraphernalia on my door step!
Rent has been raised many times, so not worth living here!!! 0 Stars!!!!!

If i could leave no stars I would. Apparently this company feels people don't need air conditioning when it is in 90s, it's hot as hell and after calling the office .... I was informed the owners did not approve the air being turned on for another week. Must be nice to sit in a office and be nice and cool. While your tenants are suffering. ... water has been shut off several times... we went without hot water for about 4 months in winter. They are rediculous and don't give a crap about the tenants .... they just collect the over priced rent for this dump. La Reserve on 45th sucks ... the office people are nice and try to get your concerns taken care of ... but when corporate doesn't care... their hands are tied.
